REGISTRATION
Participants and accompanying persons should register with the appropriate fee. Accompanying persons are limited to the participants’ family members only. Students are required to submit a copy of their student ID or a student certificate letter from the supervisor and emailed to the Organising Secretariat at Jack.Murphy@ucd.ie Please note that adherence to these rates and particularly the timelines are essential for the smooth organisation and running of ISES Dublin 2008.
Registration fees are in Euro (€) and the early-bird rates are applicable before June 23rd 2008.

Registration/Application
All intending delegates (presenting authors, students and accompanying persons) should complete and submit the General Registration Form and email the completed form to Jack.Murphy@ucd.ie  Please note that the presenting authors should also complete (separately) the ISES Dublin 2008 Abstract Submission Form for any plenary, oral or poster presentations.
Payments
Registration Fees (including payment for Conference Dinner if required) are payable by electronic money transfer into the dedicated ISES Dublin 2008 Conference bank account.  The Bank will automatically notify the Conference Secretariat of the payment details including amounts transferred and the names of the delegates.

Confirmation
Upon receiving the registration form and confirmation (from the bank) of the registration fees to the ISES Dublin 2008 bank account, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number.  Please bring this confirmation with you and present it at the Registration Desk at ISES Dublin 2008.
Insurance
The ISES Dublin 2008 organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to, property belonging to Conference participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference.  Please check the validity of your own insurance – this is your responsibility.
Liability
The Conference organisers accept no liability in relation to securing hotels, transport and travel services and in no event shall be liable for acts or omissions in the event if injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through any contractors or their employees in carrying out such services.  Hotel and transportation services are subject to the normal terms and conditions under which they are on offer to the public in general.
On site
Only cash is acceptable if registering or making payments (such as Conference Dinner) at the conference – ATMs are readily available in hotels and at the RDS. Cheques will NOT be accepted.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
